Orders & prescriptions
Do I need a prescription?
Supply is in line with UK legislation. Where a written prescription is required, medicines are dispensed via our GPhC-registered partner pharmacy. Where an equivalent, legally valid authorisation applies, we use that route internally.
How do I place an order?
Add your items to the basket, proceed through checkout, and you will receive an order-confirmation email.
Can I change my address or items after ordering?
Please contact support before dispatch. Once dispatched, temperature-controlled parcels cannot be rerouted or amended.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves the pharmacy.
Shipping & packaging.
How is Retatrutide shipped?
Retatrutide is shipped in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging with data-logged cool packs to maintain 2–8 °C during transit.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to UK mainland and Northern Ireland. P.O. boxes are not supported. International shipping is also available.
What if I’m not home?
For cold-chain items, couriers cannot leave the parcel unattended. Missed deliveries are re-attempted or held for collection in line with the courier’s policy.
Quality & authenticity
Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every pack is batch-tracked with full pedigree and traceability.
Can I see batch and expiry details?
Yes. The batch/LOT number and expiry date are printed on the pack label.
Do you provide a temperature record?
Yes. Each shipment is temperature-monitored, and a temperature log is available on request.
Storage & handling
How should I store Retatrutide on arrival?
Place the product in a refrigerator immediately on arrival and store at 2–8 °C. Do not freeze. Keep it in the original carton to protect it from light.
What if the pack arrived warm or frozen?
Contact support within 24 hours. Do not use the product until we have reviewed the temperature log and confirmed that it remains within stability limits.
How do I dispose of used pens and needles?
Dispose of used pens and needles in a sharps bin. You may request a sharps bin at checkout or obtain one from your local pharmacy. Needles must never be placed in household waste.
Returns & cancellations
Can I return medicines?
Once supplied, pharmacy medicines are non-returnable, except in cases of product faults, our dispensing error, product recalls, or verified courier loss.
When do refunds apply?
Refunds are available for orders cancelled before dispensing, for verified courier loss, or for confirmed product faults. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Are there restocking or delivery fees?
Non-fault cancellations after label creation may incur a fee to cover packaging and courier booking costs.
Payments & pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payment by bank transfer only. Cash on delivery is not available.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
Yes, where applicable. Prescription medicines are generally zero-rated for VAT; delivery charges may be subject to VAT.
Safety & support
Can you give medical advice?
We can provide information about medicines and their safe use. We cannot diagnose conditions or provide emergency medical care. For diagnosis or urgent medical advice, please contact NHS 111, or call 999 in an emergency.
